LWT PZ series palletizer is a gantry-type stacker mainly used in food, beverage and chemical industries. It is suitable for palletizing various packaging items, such as cartons, plastic boxes, film bags and barrels.

The main components of the equipment include differential belts, steering mechanisms, case sorting areas, stacking areas, main lifting mechanisms and depalletizing rollers. The structural frame is of welded construction, very strong and durable, and features an adjustable base. The main lifting platform is driven by SEW motor. Accelerated conveyors at the entrance separate incoming boxes. The stacking area uses a powered roller conveyor, and the pallets are output via a free roller conveyor. The system adopts Siemens PLC control system and has a movable human-machine interface that can automatically display fault information.

This palletizer series can complete automatic operation workflow, including automatic carton feeding, carton steering, line separation, stacking, removal, lifting, and pushing pallets into, down, and out.
